service.

The rules of the road for using BioLeads. We've tried to keep it short. Read it; you'll be done in five minutes.

What you're signing up for

  • Free plan stays free forever. Pro is opt-in.
  • Your account is yours — cancel any time, no penalty.
  • Don't use BioLeads for spam, hate, or illegal stuff.
  • If we mess up, we'll refund the unused period.
  • Disputes go to arbitration in Delaware (or your local court for consumers).

01The agreement

By signing up for or using BioLeads, you agree to these terms with BioLeads Inc., a Delaware corporation (us, we, our). They form a binding contract between you and us.

If you're using BioLeads for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” means the organization.

We may update these terms. If we change anything material, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using BioLeads after that, you accept the new version. If you don't, you can cancel — see §7.

02Your account

To use BioLeads you need an account. To get an account you need to:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or your local age of digital consent, whichever is higher).
  • Give us a real, working email address.
  • Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you spot unauthorized use: security@bioleads.link.

One human, one free account, please. Pro accounts can be shared with one teammate; Business plans include multi-seat workspaces with proper role separation.

03Acceptable use

Most of this is common sense, but here it is in writing. Don't use BioLeads to:

  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or “engagement bait” that misleads visitors.
  • Host or link to illegal content — including but not limited to: CSAM, content that incites violence, stolen intellectual property, regulated goods you're not licensed to sell.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone. (Parody is fine if it's obvious.)
  • Run unlicensed gambling, deceptive financial schemes, or “investment” pitches you can't legally make in the visitor's country.
  • Scrape or reverse-engineer our service, abuse our API, or attempt to break our rate limits.
  • Resell BioLeads or wrap it in another product without a written partnership agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section — usually after a warning, immediately for the egregious stuff (CSAM, active phishing). When we can, we'll tell you why.

One thing we won't do: we won't moderate your political opinions, your art, or the legal-but-spicy parts of your audience-building. We police harms, not vibes.

04Your content

You own everything you put on your BioLeads page — text, images, links, leads, the whole lot. You're not licensing it to us “in perpetuity throughout the universe.” You're letting us host and serve it, on your behalf, so visitors can see it.

You give us a narrow, revocable license to: (a) store your content, (b) serve it to people who visit your link, (c) display it in product previews or your dashboard. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You also confirm that:

  • You have the right to use everything you upload (no swiped photos, no unlicensed music).
  • Your audience consented to give you the data your forms collect.
  • You'll honour deletion requests forwarded through us within a reasonable time.

05Plans & payments

BioLeads has three plans: Free (free forever, with lead capture), Pro, and Business. Current prices live on Pricing and are billed in your local currency where supported.

Billing cycle

Pro and Business plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you picked. We charge on the same date each cycle. You'll get a receipt by email.

Taxes

Prices listed are exclusive of GST / VAT / sales tax unless explicitly stated. We'll add applicable taxes at checkout and on your invoice based on your billing address.

Failed payments

If your card declines, we'll retry over 7 days and email you. After that, your account drops to the Free plan — your page stays live, but Pro features pause. We never lock you out of your own leads.

06Refunds

Honest policy:

  • Monthly plans: no automatic refund, but if you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and haven't used Pro features, email us and we'll refund it.
  • Annual plans: refundable within the first 30 days for any reason. After that, we refund a pro-rata of unused months if you got a wrong renewal or there's a serious service problem we couldn't fix.
  • If we mess up: we'll refund the affected billing period without you having to argue for it.

07Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. No phone calls, no “are you sure?” guilt prompts, no “talk to retention.” One click.

On cancellation:

  • Pro / Business plans wind down at the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Your account drops to Free. Your page stays live.
  • You can fully delete your account from Settings → Danger zone. That's permanent and purges your data within 14 days.

08Service & uptime

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on paid plans. We publish historical uptime at status.bioleads.link.

Things we may have to do, sometimes:

  • Schedule maintenance windows (announced ≥24 hours in advance).
  • Throttle abusive accounts or pages getting flooded — sorry, but it protects everyone else.
  • Temporarily disable a feature if a third-party dependency breaks.

If we have a serious outage on a paid plan, you can claim a pro-rata credit for the affected period — just email support@bioleads.link.

09Liability

The boring part — but read it once.

BioLeads is provided as is. We give the warranties the law requires us to give in your country; everything else is disclaimed to the extent allowed. We're not liable for:

  • Lost profits, lost leads, or business opportunities you think you missed.
  • Decisions you made based on our analytics. (We try hard, but no analytics tool is perfect.)
  • Damages from third-party integrations or platforms we link to.

Where some liability does apply, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in that period, or (b) USD 100. Consumer-protection laws in your country may give you stronger rights — those override anything in this section.

10Disputes & law

If we have a problem, let's try email first: legal@bioleads.link. We promise to actually read it.

If we can't resolve it within 60 days, disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in English, with a single arbitrator. Either party may seek interim relief from a competent court.

Consumer carve-out: if you signed up as an individual and not on behalf of a business, you can also bring small-claims actions in the courts of your habitual residence, and applicable consumer-protection laws in your country override any conflicting clause here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except to the extent your local consumer law applies.
